  • 2 cups of Almond Mylk
  • 1 cup of quinoa, rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons of honey, rice syrup or agave nectar
  • 1 cup of fresh blueberries, plus more for serving.
In a small saucepan, bring the Almond Mylk to a gentle boil or simmer.
Add the quinoa and return to a boil.
After about 15 minutes, reduce the heat to low and simmer, covered, until 3/4 of the milk has been absorbed by the Quinoa.
