  • 1/2 a cup of Cashews
  • 1/4 cup of Almonds
  • 1-2 Tsp of Ground Ginger
  • 1 Tbs of Nut butter (Almond)
  • 1 scoop of Vanilla Raw Protein (or Shredded coconut)
  • 1 Tbs of Coconut Oil
